Carpenters are people who build a variety of things ranging from buildings to chairs. They may also repair or install structures. Carpentry involves long hours of standing and is therefore physically tiring. To become a carpenter, one must be good with their hands, have good hand-eye coordination, be physically fit, and must be accurate and precise when taking measurements. Carpenters risk getting injured at work every day. The average carpenter earns between $13.55 and $23.85 an hour. Although finding a job as a carpenter is easy, carpenters may lose work time when the economy is bad. If there weren’t any carpenters in our world today, our world would lack buildings, tables, chairs, and all the structures you can possibly think of.
